The studio will use reasonable care in handling pets, but grooming involves inherent risks and no result is guaranteed. A session may be shortened, adjusted, paused, or stopped where the pet shows significant stress, pain, aggression, breathing difficulty, or another welfare concern, and a shorter practical finish may be recommended where matting or coat condition makes the requested result unsafe or uncomfortable.
